Scholarships

The Society of Italian Americans offers scholarships on an annual basis to students who meet the following criteria:

• Child or grandchild of a current member of the Society of Italian Americans
• Must not have received a SIA scholarship in the past
• Attending 2/4 year college, university or trade school
• Letter of application that includes: Grade point average, extracurricular activities, community service experience, and 2 letters of recommendation from non-relatives
• 100-150 word essay with the topic: “What does being Italian-American mean to you?”

Scholarship applications must be postmarked by May 31st and should be submitted to:
